The outline for The Second Beast is progressing. Outlining is always slow, probably because it's my least favorite part. I love writing, but hate planning. However, without the planning, I wouldn't produce a high quality, highly polished book.

I use the Snowflake Method to build my outlines. It's an 8 step process, and I've finished Step 4. Before you get too excited, you have to keep in mind that each step takes significantly more time than the previous step. So, while I'm through half the steps, I am well short of finishing half the outlining process.
