I'm still slowly marching through The Second Beast, and I swear I'll finish it someday.

I've spent some time doing minor tweaks to Chapter 20, Survivor's Guilt, tweaking things to get the right emotional notes. Today, I finally felt able to move forward. I cranked out 2,513 words in 10.5 pages for Chapter 21, Anyone but Him. With this chapter, I was able to transition away from some of the action and emotion of the previous couple chapters and back into true Michael Reaper form.

I fully intend to fill more of my down time with writing to speed things along. The only problem is that I need to find some down time to fill.
